1. Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 9ubet platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and its users ("you", "member"). By accessing the 9ubet website or mobile version, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration

All information provided when creating an account must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure and cancellation of pending payments.

3.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found on the same device, IP address, or within the same household, 9ubet reserves the right to close them and forfeit the associated balances.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials confidential. You are fully responsible for all transactions carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.4 Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. 9ubet also reserves the right to close or suspend an account for any reason, particularly in the event of a breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Payment Methods

9ubet accepts only the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). No methods other than these four are currently supported.

4.2 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 for each method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Processing may take longer due to complex verification procedures or bank holidays.

4.4 Third-Party Transactions Prohibited

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Use of third-party accounts or cards is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the associated funds may be forfeited.

4.5 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

9ubet offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. A deposit of ৳18,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total balance. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — if wagering is not completed within that period, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless specifically permitted.
• Requesting a withdrawal before bonus conditions are met will result in cancellation of the bonus balance.
• 9ubet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.4 Fraudulent Bonus Use

If abuse of the bonus system is detected — such as placing opposing bets, creating multiple accounts, or exploiting system errors — the relevant account will be blocked and the balance forfeited.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

All bets are considered valid only after being officially recorded through the platform. Bets that are not confirmed due to a technical error will automatically be deemed void.

6.2 Technical Errors

Results arising from server problems, network outages, or technical errors on the part of a game provider will be deemed void. No compensation is applicable in such cases.

6.3 Sports Betting

When placing bets on sporting events including cricket, football, and kabaddi, the applicable market-specific rules must be followed. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets on that event are generally voided and the staked amount is refunded.

6.4 Casino Games

All casino games are operated by third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and Ezugi). The outcomes of these games are entirely random and 9ubet does not intervene in game results.

7. Responsible Gaming & Self-Regulation

9ubet places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment — not a way to solve financial problems.

• You can set deposit limits, betting limits, or session time limits if you choose.

• Harassing or attempting to defraud other members.

Republishing, distributing, or using any platform content for commercial purposes without our prior permission is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

9ubet accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss caused by technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues.
• Loss resulting from your own negligence or unauthorized access to your account.
• Errors or service outages on the part of third-party game providers.
• Your financial or other indirect losses.
